Gully Powar Gets Big Show Opportunity

Unbeaten Gully Powar will get a chance to showcase his skills on the huge November 18th Boxxer show at the Wolverhampton Civic Hall.

The 21 year old has boxed exclusively in his home town at the Hangar Events Venue putting together an impressive six fight record stopping Stanislav Bilohurov and winning every round against the other five opponents.

“I have come a long way,” said Powar, “It is great news that I am fighting in my hometown once again, I am ready to put my city on the map and showcase that I am the truth in the sport of boxing”.

“It really is great news” said Powar’s coach Richie Carter, “It’s a big platform where he can show what he is all about. I hope people will support us on this journey and a big thank you to Errol Johnson for getting us on”.

The show which will broadcast live on Sky Sports see’s BCB’s Tyler Denny face Matteo Signani for the EBU middleweight title and is headlined by Adam Azim vs Franck Pettijean.
