BCB Back At The H-Suite May 10th

🥊Tommy Collins has put himself in a great position, unbeaten in ten fights, and he is set to headline once again in his home city of Birmingham on May 10th at the H Suite.

The 26-year-old welterweight talent has had two excellent performances in his last two contests, both complete shutout points wins against Marian Wesolowski and Brayan Mairena. The popular Northfield lad, who is trained by his father Dean, always brings a vocal fan base that has been increasing with every event and is certain to be back in large numbers as ‘Tommy Gunn’ heads closer towards a title fight.

Another man ready to take the step up is Troy Jones, and the light heavyweight from Tamworth will get his second run out of the year and the chance to hit double digit victories. The 25-year-old put in a solid six rounds against the durable Ondrej Budera in February, and his eyes are set on a shot at the English title and he will be hoping to restart his KO streak and showcase why so many in the sport have him high on their watch list.

James Scarrott took his leap up to Midlands Title level in his stride, outpointing the always-game Jamie Stewart to win the welterweight belt. Shortly after, the 20-year-old from Worcester decided to vacate the title ahead of some bigger challenges ahead. Inactivity has been a slight issue, so he will get a chance to get some more valuable rounds back at the venue he won his belt at back in February.

Sian O’Toole continued her march up the rankings, gaining more experience on March 8th by defeating Vaida Masiokaite in a competitive bout in Wolverhampton. The 24-year-old from Droitwich has already won the Midlands Area Featherweight Title, and after dropping down to four rounds last time, the full-time teacher will head back up to six as she looks for win number five.

Alex ‘Pinky’ Florence made a successful return following a lengthy time away from the ring when he outpointed Stu Greener in his first fight in five years. The 27-year-old from Malvern blew off the cobwebs and is looking to build momentum as he continues phase two of his career.

Former GB amateur Tori Ellis-Willetts makes her much anticipated return to the ring after six months since she last stepped through the ropes when she took win number three against Ivanka Ivanova. The 28-year-old from Nuneaton believes she can go right to the top of the sport, and an active 2024 could see her in the mix for a major title.

Finally, Birmingham’s Levi Vaughan will make his bow in the paid ranks in the light heavyweight division.

Tickets are available now priced at £40 standard and £80 VIP ringside from the boxers directly or by emailing info@bcb-promotions.com.
