James Scarrott has vacated his Midlands Area Welterweight title that he won on February 16th at the H Suite in Birmingham against Jamie Stewart.
The 20-year-old from Worcester put on an impressive ten-round display that saw him come away with a 97-93 points decision and showed he was capable of stepping up to the championship distance.
Unbeaten in six Scarrott will now look for new opportunities at super lightweight and will be working with his team to secure another major fight soon.
